Opening Reception
RE•VER•BER•ATE Presents invites Chicago community members, arts organizations, and family members/friends to celebrate the All-City Visual Arts elementary and high school exhibitions on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 3:00 – 6:00 PM.
From fundamentals like line, shape, and color to intangibles like communication, creative problem-solving, and risk-taking, the cross-pollination of art and design is undeniable. We’re thrilled to partner with the Chicago Public Schools Department of Arts Education again this year to offer recognition to hundreds of hard-working student artists from across the city.
All-City Visual Arts Programs provide a unique opportunity to showcase student achievement in visual and media arts and exhibit their work in highly-visible, public exhibition spaces in Chicago. The high school exhibition showcases 2D, 3D, and digital artwork by students in grades 9–12 and the elementary exhibition features work by students from pre-K through 8th grade.
The exhibition will take place in our gallery at Expo 72 as well as virtually on cpsallcityvisualarts.org.
