While we’re all patiently anticipating the opening of Unfolded, we thought it might be a great time to come together for a pint or two! Join us for a spring mixer at the Whistler on Tuesday evening.
Oh no. Here comes a list!
—We installed artwork in the Whistler‘s gallery window that is made from salvaged mylar, a highly reflective, malleable material that was previously seen in the New Horizon mirrors. (Thanks to Taylor Staugas and Eric Wolinsky!)
—The Busy Beaver Button Co. repurposed a sheet of mylar into custom buttons for our button-o-matic. Only available here and now at 50¢ a pop!
—We are distributing a free, limited-run, Risograph-printed poster from the Great Ideas of Humanity ad series, designed by Tanner Woodford with a quote by Edith Wharton. First come, first served.
If that weren’t enough, the Whistler is releasing a jazz album by Dave McDonnell Group, with a live performance at around 9:30.
How can you miss this?!
(Only those 21 and older admitted.)
> This event has ended.
The museum is closed until June 30th, 2020.
While distancing we are planning virtual events, moving our exhibitions online, and publishing student design projects. Take care of yourself!
