Look Back & Forward
Learn about the museum’s comings and goings.
Over the past five years, the museum has found its roots within a diverse design community, with hundreds of volunteers planning 15 exhibitions and over 150 events in a free and open gallery.
Looking forward, the museum is launching from this portfolio, reintroducing itself with a new exhibition in a new location. “Keep Moving: Designing Chicago’s Bicycle Culture” opens on October 27th at Expo 72 (72 E Randolph, in a beautiful first floor gallery across the street from the Chicago Cultural Center.) Celebrate with us, and keep moving.
Treat Yourself
Support design, and do something nice for yourself by participating in the live and silent auctions during the event!
We have assembled an array of experiences, objects, and opportunities. Whether you want to hang courtside at a Bulls game, experience fall in Aspen, be serenaded by the CSO, enjoy rare vintage wines, or collect a set of John Massey’s 1968 banners, we are here to help!
